Papers should follow the Springer's LNBIP format. The first page must contain an abstract, a classification of the topic covered, preferably using the list of topics, and an indication of the submission category (regular paper/position paper/industry paper). The length of a paper should not exceed 16 pages. Papers in PDF should be submitted electronically to the review web site.

Post-proceedings will be published as a LNBIP volume by Springer-Verlag. Lecture Notes in Business Information Processing (LNBIP) are a new series of state-of-the-art results in areas related to business information systems and industrial application software development.
